Postmark Films is a company specialized in film post-production supervision, founded in 2024 and based in Mexico City. The company focuses on fiction projects, documentaries, and high-quality audiovisual productions.
The brand’s visual identity emerges from the conceptual play within its name: POST, referring to post-production, and MARK, understood as a mark or distinctive sign that identifies, organizes, and adds value.
The logo is inspired by the markers used in editing and post-production processes. These elements are fundamental within specialized software, as they allow users to mark, organize, and connect images, sequences, and sound throughout the workflow. In this way, the identity transforms an essential creative tool into a visual symbol that represents precision, organization, and the ability to bring cohesion to all elements that make up an audiovisual production.
The graphic approach adopts a contemporary, minimalist, and bold aesthetic. The combination of black and fluorescent green creates a high-contrast visual language that conveys energy, modernity, and a strong brand presence, reflecting the technical and innovative nature of today’s audiovisual industry.
The identity is complemented by the use of the Aktiv Grotesk Regular typeface, a sans serif with clean lines and strong legibility that reinforces the brand’s functional and precise approach. Its neutrality and sophistication allow the visual system to remain flexible and timeless, while projecting a professional, modern image clearly oriented toward the cinematic and creative field.
